One-to-one coaching

One-to-one coaching is all about giving yourself time to unlock thinking, take a breath and get clarity, to improve, develop and achieve whatever is important to you in your life.

You may want to move away from something or towards something.  Either way, you are engaged in moving forward and being accountable for yourself with the support and expertise of your coach.

The coaching experience is personalised by nature, so how we work can be tailored to you. Just to give you a picture, typically, each session lasts 1 hour and is generally held at fortnightly intervals. Clients often have 3 sessions and then review before deciding on their next steps. We can how to use time between sessions as well.

The Positive Intelligence Program

The Positive Intelligence Program is a 6 week program to help you build mental fitness to respond to life’s challenges with a positive mindset.  It will enhance your performance, give you more peace of mind/wellness and will help you build healthy relationships.  Its research foundation is from Positive Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology and Performance Science.

Time commitment:

  • 6 week duration;

  • less than 2 hours of input per week (1 hour video per week + 15 mins of daily practice, using an app, from Tue-Fri);

  • weekly pod session with Anna (up to 1hr) – choose one to one or small group(subject to availability).

Personal commitment:

  • give yourself fully to the ideas and strategies of the program as well as your individual aims.

Group Coaching for Well-being

An individual experience for personal learning and reflection, with the added bonus of a group setting. This allows for joint contribution, joint commitment, support and accountability with people with common ground.

As a way of working, you will also acquire an introduction to coaching skills and some foundational coaching principles.

Fertility Treatment Group Coaching - Develop your compassionate warrior to handle your IVF journey.

Tuesday 5th Sept ‘23 - at 7pm (3-6 clients) via Zoom.

Military Spouse Group Coaching - Navigating change and uncertainty, whilst keeping yourself in the picture.

Teachers - Taking time to put the oxygen mask on yourself to combat the stressors of daily life.
